Step 3: Complete the Payment
Once you have selected the correct booking package, review the displayed price and complete the payment through our website.
Keep your payment receipt, order reference and confirmation message until the appointment is booked.
Why keep them?
Because a clear order reference gives our support team a direct way to find your payment if a message is delayed. “Here is my order number” solves the problem much faster than “I paid earlier, but I cannot remember which email I used.”
If the payment page refreshes or stops, do not make another payment immediately. Check your bank or payment app, then check WhatsApp, email, spam and promotions for our order confirmation.
An amount showing as deducted from your account does not always mean we received it. If the bank deducted the amount but the payment did not reach us, the bank returns it to the original account after completing its reversal process. Step 5: Enter the Actual Booking Details
This is the form that tells us what exam to book.

What Happens If Your Preferred Slot Disappears?
PTE availability changes in real time. Another student can book a slot you saw before your booking reaches confirmation.
You do not enter backup slot details in the original booking form. You enter the exact date, time and centre you want, then answer “If slot is not available then?” by selecting one of two options.
Option 1: Book Any Slot After 30 Days
Choose “Book any slot after 30 days so that I can reschedule it on my own (for free)” when you want our automated system to continue without asking you for another immediate preference.
If your selected slot is unavailable, our system books an available appointment after 30 days from the date you originally selected. You then reschedule that appointment on your own for free.
Option 2: Ask Me for Another Slot Details
Choose “Ask me for another slot details” when you want to select a different appointment yourself instead of using the 30-day option.
If your requested slot is unavailable, our system sends the same booking-form link again to your registered WhatsApp number. Open the form, update the slot details and submit the revised preference you want us to use.

What If Money Is Deducted but the Booking Form Does Not Arrive?
First, do not make another payment immediately. A deduction in your bank account and a successful PTENOTE order are not always the same thing.
