Seeing a slot does not reserve it. Availability changes as other students book or cancel, so your date and time are secured only after the booking is completed and officially confirmed. Use the links below this guide to check the correct PTE test directly.

More Than 14 Full Calendar Days Before Your Test
With more than 14 full calendar days remaining, you can reschedule through Pearson for free. If you cancel instead, Pearson provides a full refund under its current policy.
Between 8 To 14 Full Calendar Days Before Your Test
With 8 to 14 full calendar days remaining, the reschedule option is not available. Cancel the appointment and make a new booking instead. Pearson provides a 50% refund under its current policy.
7 Calendar Days Or Fewer Before Your Test
With 7 calendar days or fewer remaining, you cannot reschedule the appointment and Pearson does not provide a standard cancellation refund.
Pearson currently allows one appointment to be rescheduled up to six times. If you paid with a voucher, Pearson does not return the voucher payment directly to you. Contact us and read our latest refund policy.
